Triage Basic FAQs
- I have several pets, does it cost the same for multiple pets? Answer: Members can register up to 6 pets under one membership.
- Can I cancel the service? Answer: Yes, you can cancel at any time.
- I'm having trouble connecting to a vet, what can I do? Answer: Connecting will take anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Please be patient and don't hang up or end the chat. If one of our Vets is helping someone else, there will be a message stating that a Vet is unavailable. You can text or call back in a minute. This is rare, but it might happen on the odd occasion.
- The video is blurry, how do I get a clearer image? Answer: Video chatting requires a faster phone processor and good WiFi or Cell Data connection. iPhone 4 or greater, or Samsung 4 or newer tend to work well. Some older models may not have the processor speed to make it work correctly. If you are experiencing difficulty, it is most likely your connection. We encourage you to have an adequate internet connection and an updated phone for the best results when using EarthWise Vet.
- Are there any extra costs for using this service outside of the monthly membership fee? Answer: No. Once you have selected your membership and payment option, there are no additional fees.
- How much does it cost? Answer: The EarthWise Vet Triage Basic package is $12.99 per month.
- Are there any limitations to accessing a veterinarian? Answer: No. You can connect with a veterinarian anywhere in the world as long as you have cellular or WiFi access with a minimum bandwidth speed of 1.25 mp up and down.
- Are your veterinarians licensed? Answer: Yes. All of our Vets are licensed with at least 5 years of experience.
